Schedule your own once passing 1/2 testing online. Phone interview is limited to 15 minutes. Very general. Basically describes the training process and hiring procedure. Verify if you are available hours needed.

Entretien
The interviewer called me, asked if I wanted to continue despite it being on a recorded line, asked me about my customer service experience, then entered a monologue about the terrible opportunity coming up. I had my call on 10/4 and this position start date wouldn't be until 11/28. She then informed me that the 4 weeks of training required would NOT be compensated and I would be work 9-5 Monday through Friday for zero dollars. She then said after I would only get $11 an hour and only 20 hours guaranteed. I obviously declined as I have real interviews with real companies that actually pay for time working. I cannot believe this is even legal, even if it is 1099 contracting. You have to pay for time worked. Stay far away from this one unless you like uncompensated work.
