The HR lead was very keen on me. We had a number of meetings. I completed a task and had a meeting with the Hiring manager and the person currently in the role. I was mistakenly sent my interview rating but everything was good. No weaknesses. I heard nothing afterwards and eventually followed up. I was told they were ‘moving forward with candidates whose experience aligns closer with their current needs. Didn’t make any sense.
