Overall process experience is way below average as the company is ghosting candidates even when you're taking the time to actually complete their interview process and their technical rounds. They left me there with no feedback even after follow ups. Bad showcase for company culture!
Quick HR screening over a video call to go through the usual basics (experience, current position, why a change, remuneration, etc). Then a live coding exercise (recorded but no interaction with interviewer during the coding part).

The coding exercise was in 2 parts, a mandatory exercise and a bonus exercise. The mandatory exercise was to code a game.

Entretien
Same experience as the other Senior Software Engineer candidate who left a review. One of the worst interview processes I've gone through.
First, I got a short experience worksheet to fill in via email. Then, I scheduled for my first interview with recruiter, which included basic intros and screening, followed by a coding exercise. The coding exercise requires you to share screen, and there's little to no interaction with the recruiter during this time (wasn't much value in it anyways as they aren't part of the technical team).
Received a generic rejection letter later with no feedback.
