I did well in the interview process and was hired away from my previous firm (Wellington Management) I was surprised to get an offer as I hardly know anything about Compliance or Financial services. A lot of people at my old firm viewed me as incompetent so I felt the need to leave, as I never got promoted above the analyst level. Hopefully I will do better at Newton
