Was invited for an interview with someone from the hiring team. During the interview it was obvious he had not read my CV or cover letter and the only questions he asked me had already been answered in my application. He also seemed to interview me for a role slightly different to the one advertised, without really acknowledging it or providing me with sufficient information. The whole thing was just such a waste of time.

It was a lengthy interview process and included multiple calls with multiple people. They also wanted me to do an unpaid writing test. I have more than enough examples of how I am successful at my job, so I declined the writing test. I also declined the position because pay was too low.
