Very relaxed and easy. Went in for an interview and basically just chatted about my skills and what I would be doing. I got the job the next day. I got the pay rate I asked for and realized it was much lower than my coworkers and I talked to management about it and they had no problem giving me a raise.

Very easy. The interviewer was very nice. Benefits are good. Can bonus monthly. Management is awesome. I miss this company. They were awesome to work for. It was taken over by Caliber and Caliber sucked.
