I was very enthusiastic on the phone, my profile is great, my attitude was great, but the interviewer was super mellow and unexcitable, I could have sworn that he's racist.

Entretien
I was contacted for a manager position, but felt more comfortable as a loan officer. The recruiter agreed to an interview for that position, and didn't bother to call during our scheduled time. I followed up on LinkedIn and he just ignored Me! Wow, so unprofessional! Glad I dodged a bullet with this company.

The interview process was brief and straightforward. The interviewer asked a series of questions about my background and experience. We then moved on to the expectations for the role and the typical workflow.
