Virtually interviewed with 2 different recruiters over a 6 month period regarding a potential opportunity they contacted me for. They both were pleasant and engaging. Also interviewed with two executives two separate times. Both were pleasant and engaging. Then after each interview period, radio silence. I have had to follow-up with the team. I was disappointed by their lack of follow up.
