I was contacted by a staffing firm for the recruiter position. Interviewed with the director. She was great, easy going and very positive. I thought we got along well. Our discussions lasted about an hour and 30 minutes. Then I interviewed with the HR manager, which only lasted 20 minutes tops. After the interview, the director saw me out and gave me her business card. This was 3 weeks ago. I still have not heard from the staffing company or the director. At least provide some kind of feedback.
