      J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus de 4 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Newfront (San Francisco, CA) en mai 2022

      Entretien

      Went through the typical phone screen followed by multiple one on one virtual interviews. The first few people were extremely nice and personable. The man in my last interview seemed very unprepared. He seemed very distracted during the interview and kept fidgeting and moving which caused his screen to shake alot. He seemed very unprofessional. At one point, after asking what his least favorite thing about the company was, he responded with "constantly having to hire for this role." Who says this in an interview? I began to think that there was a reason they had so much turnover, and it might be him. Apart from the other employees, nobody had much good to say about it and everyone's major con was the extreme workload, this was said without skipping a beat. I was told they were really interested in only hiring people with an interest in insurance, by someone who had only spent 3 years of their career in an insurance setting. Unless you grew up around it, not many people are as passionate about insurance as they are hoping, especially when applying for an entry level position. After 4 interviews, each going fairly well....I was completely ghosted by everyone. Not a peep. So I would say, for a company that is struggling to retain its CSA's, you sure don't care about the people who are applying. I can't imagine the pay/benefits are worth thr headache it is to deal with this company full time, when this is the behavior during the interview process. I'm so glad I didn't have to bother with Newfront any longer, I'm sure I would have been just another CSA putting in their two weeks early on. Good riddance.
