My interview process with Newell Brands was such a positive experience! The company really respected my time, which is oftentimes overlooked by other companies during the hiring process. After submitting my application online, I was contacted within a week by a Talent Acquisitions lead who I spoke to for a short phone interview. After the phone interview, I was asked to set up an in-person interview in the Atlanta office, during which I spoke to 3 different individuals. I was moved to the next step of the process less than 24 hours after my in-person interview, where I was asked to set up a final interview with the hiring manager. I was offered the position a few hours after the final interview.
