I submitted my resume and within a week had a phone interview after which I was scheduled for a face to face interview. After the first face to face it took 10 days to hear from them, when I finally heard from them I was asked to come in for a second face to face with a panel. It has been a month since that interview and still no reply thanking me for my time or telling me they went with another candidate. Very unprofessional to not give someone the respect of a phone call.
