In person and phone screen. The total number of four people involved including hiring manager and three associates from Human Resources. It was a two day process and more conversational that the typical question and answer sessions that most interviews are.

I did a 15 minute phone screen, and then met with the team for a 2 hour interview via Microsoft teams. Completely ghosted after the final interview, never heard back even after following up.

Tell me about a time you had to handle a difficult situation with a customer/client.
Interview Process was more simple than anticipated. 1 Phone interview and 1 in-person interview. The gentlemen interviewing was very relaxed and could see right through anyone being fake or not answering with honesty.

Two person interview where you first meet with HR then speak with a sales manager. They ask a variety of questions about who you are as a person and how you think you can improve their sales team.
