On campus interview, in our career center. They came to recruit on campus for a career fair and I submitted my resume. They asked for an interview. Two person interview, thirty minutes with one of the representatives and thirty minutes with the other. Very friendly, relaxed, and young reps. Good interview. Felt comfortable, not forced

Made it to the final round interview for 2 jobs as Assistant Manager. Interviews went well and then was ghosted. It was not until I followed up several times, did they finally send a rejection letter.
