2 phone interviews, first with recruiter and second with hiring executive. Afterwards, I was invited to an on-site interview. I talked to multiple people, about 6 different people before talking to 2 executives. One of them asked about salary expectations and gave a completely surprised look as if it was way too high. Mind you that this was communicated to the recruiter in the beginning and was fine at that time. The second executive wanted a detailed 90 day plan on the spot. He apparently didn't like my answer and told me to go back and email it to him. I did after a couple of days. I never heard back after that. Avoid at all costs. Completely unprofessional. They said they've been trying to fill the position for a year. I wonder why.
