I met with four people from my potential team in a small conference room. They were all very friendly and polite! They gave me the opportunity to speak about why I was qualified for the position, and then asked a variety of standard interview questions. There was lots of time for me to ask my own questions, and they seemed forthright and honest when speaking about the challenges of the position as well as what they would consider benchmarks of success. They were definitely professional, but it was low-stress and very collegial.
