Applied online through their careers section and was called by a recruiter later that day. Virtual interview scheduled for the following Monday online through ZOOM. References requested later that same day and a job offer was received 2 weeks later.

Entretien
Zoom interview with recruiter, and then with the manager and someone else afterwards. They asked pretty generic questions since I am a new grad. A week later, I got the position :)
