Phone interview with line/department manager, followed by face-to-face with same and Operations Director. Questions concerned processes, examples of where processes have failed and been modified appropriately. NewOrbit were particularly concerned about the company culture that best suits me. My interviewer was very eager to understand what experience I wanted after having decided my existing experience was sufficient for the role.
