The interview process is extremely thorough. You go through about 5-6 rounds of conversations with different members of the organization and team and get a good sense of the culture, responsibilities, and areas for development. The larger issues are that they are extremely slow on providing information, next steps and even with positive feedback you may still be ghosted with no notice or rejection, just complete silence. They may eventually get back to you weeks later but by that point, most great candidates move on.
The interview was over the phone and was about 30-40 minutes. I felt like the Recruiter was nice and asked relevant questions. The only critique was that it took the recruiter several weeks to let me know if I was going to move forward in the process.
