J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez New York Life (Tampa, FL) en mars 2022
Entretien
Applied online through the company's website. Got a call from the recruiter the same day - within a few hours - and scheduled a 15 minute phone interview with the recruiter.
The phone interview felt relaxed. Confirmed availability for the required dates & hours / some basic information of what to expect in this role / ability to commute to the office (even though the job will be entirely remote/work from home).
Was offered second interview of 45minutes over zoom with 2 hiring managers. Recruiter emphasized the second interview will be behavioral and to plan for that, and that she would email me a tip sheet.
Total: 2 interviews. A 15 minute phone interview with recruiter, then 45 minute video interview with 2 hiring managers.

Can you confirm your degree? Do you currently have any relevant licenses/ certifications? Are you willing to get the required 214 license for this job?
What are some of the things you do at your current job?
Why are you leaving your current job?
What are your expectations for salary? This was followed up with what they typically offer for this position with mention of sign on bonus and benefits. Was asked if I wold be agreeable to that salary.
How did you hear about this job posting?
Do you know anyone that works at NYL? Have you ever interviewed with or worked for NYL in the past?
Are you in the interview process with any other companies at this time?
"Walk me through your resume" What have you done in the past, how did you go from one job to another and where are you currently employed?
Offered second interview and asked if I have any questions.
It was an okay interview but what I don't like is that this company ghosted me. I have not heard anything from them after my interview. It was 2 weeks and nothing and I had to go and check that I didn't get the job.
After reviewing your application, the admissions committee may invite you to an interview. This is often communicated via email, and it may include details about the format, platform (if virtual), and what to prepare.
