Interview was fairly easy, they asked basic questions. Why do you want to work here, what is good customer service in your opinion, tell me about yourself. It was a 2 step process, first someone from HR contacted me then the branch directly contacted me.

A week after submitting my application online, I received a phone interview. Two days later I did my in person interview which went really well. A little over a week later I received a call back with an offer. Overall everyone I spoke with was extremely helpful and supportive of my goals.
