The interview was smooth. The interview panel consisted of two people: the recruitment chair and the HR representative. The recruitment chair was very to the point and flexible. It showed that he had a lot of experience working in international environment. It was the first round interview. The interview was online and it focused on introduction about me and why I was interested to work at the university. It was also the opportunity for the panel to explain about the university and the position more specifically.

I was contacted by a recruiter from US, I sent my Resume and after analysis from department, I had a interview via zoom plataform. The interview was made with some senior professor and in the end I could asked informations about the institution and the job.
