Lacked communication or structure, they would take weeks to schedule interviews and never sent times or calendar links to book time, so constant time proposal tag. What they mentioned they would cover in each interview was never the case. Finished the final interview and never heard back.

Initial call with HR that was left in the black hole for 2 months. Resurfaced a few months later asking if I am still interested (no but i played along) then disappeared again. Asked for feedback for a couple times via email but never got a reply. Have a couple mates who also interviewed with them, and we all suspect they have internal candidates ready (mainly flying in someone from another office using a work visa, more on that later) but using local candidates as a yardstick/also-ran. This actually resonates with one of the reviews left with the Sydney office earlier.
