Very brief. They did not have a very organized process for interviewing their candidates and seemed desperate to have someone fill the position. There is heavy rotation in the childcare industry and this was true for this location.
Quick and easy interview. Asked the basic questions like my what my experience is and how I'd handle a difficult child and/or situation. Was then showed around the center afterwards and what classroom I was interviewing for.

Pretty basic. I was very qualified and had experience working with kids. No curve balls, a standard preschool interview. If you have a bachelors degree or classes dealing with psychology or sociology that will help if you don't have early childhood education experience.
