went well on the interview. I applied on person and the next following weeks they contacted me for an face to face interview. I was interview for the VP of Operations and I was hired after 2 weeks

First you have to go to a group orientation in which they tell you what the values and the mission of the company are. Once you finish with the group orientation one of the staff members interview the candidates one by one. After that they tell you that they might call you back for a second interview with the VP of Operations. Two days after that I got a call asking me to go for a second interview, once on the interview, they tell you right away if you are the person they will hire for the job.
