There was an HR call then a call with higher ups. Following this call they provided you with a writing test that consisted of writing an email and editing another one.

Entretien
I spoke with two people on separate occasions, both pretty informal/casual which I appreciated. Then they asked me to do a few assignments the day before Christmas Eve with about 12 hours' notice. I completed them despite the extremely short notice (the nature of the job would have been tight deadlines so I gave them the benefit-of-the-doubt as to why the assignment was so poorly timed with such little notice), then, they ghosted. Sent a follow-up email a few weeks later to ask for an update and was ignored then, too. I really didn't expect that because everyone seemed very nice and chill (and I was assured during the process I wouldn't be ghosted).

Experience with working on campaigns, experience with writing fundraising emails, experience working under very tight deadlines, would I be willing to work long/weird hours due to the nature of the work, a time I had made a big mistake and how I fixed it, etc.
