Had an initial interview with a NAF national recruiter followed by interviews with VP of Sales and Sales Manager. Received job offer and accepted. Entire process took a few weeks.

Had 3 separate interviews not hard Asks about experience where you see yourself long term and other theoretical questions about how you would handle specific scenarios overall not too bad

Entretien
A lot of overpromising. A sign-on bonus, but you can't make a living on what you actually have to work with. The interest rates you can offer a client are the highest in the industry.
