Process was split up into three parts. I had a first round with the “owner” then a second round with one of the mid level trainers. There were a lot of other applicants when I was there, I also saw most of them once I was hired.

I have had a great experience interviewing so far. Both the Co Director and Account Manager have been very welcoming and thorough while talking to them and I have felt very comfortable talking to them with conversation flowing very smoothly.
