As stated in the initial phone conversation that took place prior to setting up your interview, the first initial interview is a "quick meeting" to further discuss the requirements for the position and to see if it would be a good match on both ends. Also, we would like to point out that we are a reputable marketing firm that started back in 2013. As stated in your review, you did in fact accept our offer for employment, but you also stated that you did not come to the second interview. Our interviewing process does consist of 3 interviews to finalize the hiring process.
