J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Neuralink (South San Francisco, CA) en janv. 2021
Entretien
After spending 2 days on homework,
one day on presentation, and another day on the on-site, they even didn't bother to reach back to me.
I've send them an email about week after the on-site and then they asked me to schedule a 15 minutes call with the recruiter.
So finally 7 days later they told me that I was rejected.
The recruiter told that it was due to some changes in their system.
After all, I find it respectful and unfriendly to not reach back to candidates that invested 4 days on the whole interview process.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Design, coding, past experience, etc.
During the 1:1s I had a feeling that they were matching keywords to what they were expecting to hear, because every time I said something that the interviewer wanted to hear they'd type that on the keyboard.

Not positive experience overall. A recruiter call following a video interview with the director. Everyone in this company seem to be so busy that they are late for every interview. Not a typical recruiting process

Work me through a project you've done recently

Entretien
Thorough, no nonsense, yet respectful of the applicants time. Very transparent about the process with recruiters helping through every step. Zero ambiguity on expectations throughout any part of the interviews. First half were remote, second were on site.

Was pretty fun, they gave me a second chance. Technical in nature mostly. I gave a presentation on one of the projects I had been a part of previously. Then I had a next round which was a coding interview and was related to problem solving.
