Applied online, got an interview request within 2 weeks. The first round was an HR interview and was asked standard questions. I have given two HR interviews for this firm. It seems that the recruiters are not able to see the technical transferrable skillset of the candidate and rely only on the HR interview to forward the resume to the hiring manager.
