Applied online. Shortlisted for interview and got the interview confirmation 2 weeks after that. The interview was a paneled inteview with 2 senior engineers. The interview comprised of technical and competency questions especially Safe behaviour.

Online interview with two senior asset engineers. Discussion style with technical and non-technical questions thrown in. There was effort to make me feel at ease and questions that i expect are non-standard surrounding my own experience.
