The questions at Network Rail were not too bad. Although questions may have been too long. Overall experience was questions were easy to answer and not difficult on an average.

Onsite or over Zoom, I sat with two higher ups who ha da pre-written series of interview questions that were very thorough. They seemed engaged, and left a lot of room for any questions I may have about the process or what it's like working there.

Done via teams. 2 interviewers, their video feed wasn't great so it was Audio only from them. Slightly off putting to not see their reactions to my answers. Mainly Competency based questions and a bit about personal experience. Asking why I want to work with Network Rail. Asking about career plans.
