I was offered an interview and was interviewed by 2 people including a signaller and ops manager. Both were lovely and made the process really calm and made me feel at ease. The interview consists of behavioural questions about your previous experiences and how you dealt with them (such as dealing with an emergency or resolved conflict) and relies heavily on the star method. You also need to display a really strong understanding of the role and its responsibility as well as an understanding of how important safety is and why so.
