Applied online, after this I received an invitation to download a game for the psychometric tests which was different and a more relaxing way to perform these kind of tests. Then, there is a video interview which is mostly about job situations and how you would react in each case.

It was alright. The interview process was structured and professional, with clear communication throughout. The questions focused on mainly behavioral stuff and why i chose that particular grad scheme. A positive experience overall.
