Interviewed by the hiring manager and their manager. Relatively informal process, first questions about my experience and skills relevant to the role followed by competency based questions.
Both interviewers were pleasant and open.
Feedback came three weeks after the interview.

This was back in 2017. A job agency found my CV online and asked if I was looking for job. I expressed my interested and then the interview was organised quickly.

Entretien
I was interviewed by the Engineer for Arcadis who are contracted by Network Rail, he was very pleasant. I asked for the interviewer by name and as he wasn't based where I had the interview it took a while to find him!
