-interview on site with recruiter and head of department
-second interview on site with head of department and CTO
-third interview: phone interview with former head of department
general perception of interview process:
-very nice contact, welcoming atmosphere
-didn't take very long
-no unnecessary tests or pressure during interviews

Ich hatte ein Telefongespräch ging ca. 45 Minuten zu viele Fragen meiner Meinung nach. Telefongespräch ist positiv ausgegangen, daraufhin folgte ein Kennenlernen mit einigen Managern. Ich habe eine Absage erhalten per Email, fand ich persönlich nicht gerade in Ordnung.

Three phone interviews with two different people. It was scheduled via email. And we had the chat through facetime. The hiring managers were very easy going. The whole process was about three weeks long.
