HR Interview was okay, Technical was horrible, The interviewer was very unprofessional and rescheduled without even asking If I'm free at that time and then when I tried to join on the rescheduled day I found out 1 hour earlier that he didn't put a google meet link and I sent them a message and I kept waiting and I didn't get an answer that day, The next day at 1 pm I got sent that my interview was "Friday" (It wasn't) and that I didn't attend and that I can reschedule if I want , I told him there must be a miscommunication because My rescheduled interview was on Thursday, He told me it's okay and We can reschedule for next Monday. I agreed and I was waiting for an invite and to no surprise I got none, I went to the old Calendly link and booked the time myself, Still no google meet link, sent many emails and had to do try to contact anyone just for him to add the "link" in which he added a few hours before the interview. Interview started, Audio quality very low and he didn't like it when I asked him to repeat because I couldn't hear anything and I couldn't even understand most of his questions and I had to assume what they were, one of the questions was "How to get the shortest path between to nodes?" I replied using BFS algorithm if unweighted and if its weighted we can use Dijkstra, He said DFS which is wrong (You can google it) So I assumed that maybe he didn't hear my answer well so I said "Breadth First Search", He still didn't like my answer and then he continued to ask a few questions about blockchain in which I answered correct and I only didn't know one question , Now the coding part was horrible as I can't see him because I'm coding and I can barely hear him and I still got to do what was needed from me. OfCourse to no surprise I got rejected and without any feedback and when I tried to reach out to anyone in the company about the problems that occurred during my technical interview and affected my interview experience, and no one even bothered to reply. This was the worst interview experience I have ever had.
