Started with applying via LinkedIN. It took a month before the recruiter reached out to me for an initial interview. First interview was with the hiring manager. Then the next are 3 more interviewers (from other HR teams and the other is a skip level interview). Final interview was a face to face meet with the local HRBP (who btw was looking at their screen the whole time). Last stage is when the recruiter asked for my current comp package and asking salary. They also asked for my payslips. After 3 days, the recruiter scheduled a call but the recruiter did not show up. I followed up several times, and the recruiter answered after a week. We had a video call only to find out that I did not make it and was the “second choice” for the role.
