The whole interview process took me about 2 to 3 weeks. I first had a phone interview with a recruiter and a second interview with the vp of the departments. My second interview was a video chat but we evantually ended up getting on the phone since the sound quality in the video chat wasn't that great.

Recruiter, Manager, Team 360 style interview This company hires on culture. Nobody has an obvious sense of humor. Felt cultish. Something isn't right. I don't know what it is though. Can't put my finger on it. Probably why I didn't get the offer! LOL!
