Majority virtual screening process. It was a one way interview where you can video record your responses to the prompts and rerecord until you felt you answered sufficiently. Not much else to it.

Entretien
Generally have to work with someone on the team in the past. Usually you are referred by someone. There is no real training so it's helpful if you have done the job before.
Interviews are basic, it’s mostly by referral and you just have a conversation with them so they know you’re not crazy and you vibe together. They wanna know if you’ll work well together on set

The interview took place over zoom and was easily set up a few days before hand by email. I asked for confirmation and received it. Interview felt more like a conversation about myself.
