The interview was in 2 steps:
First the discussion with the HR (normal discussion)
Second step was the technical interview with the senior PHP developer, where they ask typical basic questions. Nothing to hard

explain OOP concepts, explain sql basic relations 1to1 1to many etc..
a little algorithm problem (sort an array).
