I had a phone interview in which we thoroughly discussed my experience and the position's requirements. The recruiter was friendly, and the discussion went very well. We delved into specific projects I've undertaken in my previous roles, and I had the opportunity to showcase how my skills align with the needs of the position. Additionally, we explored the company culture and values.

Phone call with Human resources manager where we discussed about past experience, my background, interests and typical interview questions etc and then technical interview with technical leader discussing about architectural decisions etc.

2 hours of interviews, 1 hour per round, first one is more of a behavioural round, had a good talk about how I usually work and a bit about how netcompany works. Second round is a case study interview where I was asked to design a system in a conversational style with a senior consultant.
