Called through a staffing agency to do a small contract job. Worked through staffing company for a month or so before being offered a position. Met with owner, and like the work I had been doing for them - not much to interview process, was just offered a position. Turns out staffing company was owned by a member of management.

The standard "what is you strength/weakness?"
One one wants to admit any faults in an interview!
Group interview where they made me do designs on a whiteboard. From there it was normal interview questions to determine culture fit.
There were a few rounds of interviews with people from different departments.
