I actually found the job ad through a post on craigslist. I was a bit hesitant to reach out about the position as there were little to no job description, just 2-3 sentences. The temp agency called me for an interview a day later and I was told to take a Microsoft word test. It was all basic knowledge which was a breeze. Once I pass the test the agency said they will contact me after speaking with the company and once my background check checked out. Perhaps 3 days later I was told to start that following Monday.
