Easy to mediocre. The step by step process as described in the website. From online assessment, assessment centre, panel interviews and final interviews and finally offer. The assessment centre is some case studies related to PnL and Balance Sheet, so will need to freshen up your knowledge here.

It was conducted online and lasted for about 1.5 hours. There were more than 5 users, from sales director to HR director. Questions were little about ourselves, more on case studies to see whether we are a good fit for the company culture.
