Primary screening was very poor. In the screening they told that the requirement is for UI developer for NESS itself. When I reached there for interview, I got to know that the interview was for another company just payroll would be from NESS. and it for JAVA with UI means candidate must be abale to write code in JAVA !!!!. The interviewer had very poor knowledge of frondend technologies and javascript.

Face to face interview. Starts with extreme basic and gradually goes up to very difficult. They ask simple question in tricky way. At one point you will feel that like blank. But thats how its should be. If someone is hiring you; he will make sure that you have sound knowledge of technology
The interviewer seems very calm and professional. even though I failed to answer few tricky questions he didn't say any negative, he was helping to solve his questions. He spent almost an hour to check every perspective. other companies like hexaware windup interview in 5 min if u r not good at something such company never check other side of candidate.
Before going to interview do your homework thoroughly. They will ask you every single thing.
Half of interview was good but I failed to prove my Angular knowledge. Missed out few things. As angular was key technology for this opening I was rejected.

There are 4 rounds I hive given, 1st-f2f technical, 2nd-telephonic technical,3rd hr, then after 5 days I got a call from the same no. for another telephonic technical interview.

Interviewed for CDK client, the only good client which is leaving. Interviewed for UI developer at ness technologies for CDK client, interview process was straight forward, one telephonic round and one technical round and final hr round.
