The manager spoke quite a lot about herself and the department. She asked an illegal question - how will I manage the work hours with a kid. I didn't get any reply from them about the selection process until two months later, when they suddenly called and said they wish to proceed with me and that the next stage is a presentation. I decided their conduct didn't seem appropriate and decided to decline.
