20mins interview that took place at the office of Nespresso shop. The store manager was indeed nice and friendly, asking about my motivation and explaining the policy of the company. It was the most relaxed interview I ever had, so even if my candidacy got declined, I would have still be glad I had it.
Processo molto equo, opportunità interessante. Speriamo in un rapporto duraturo. Gli step sono almeno 2 per la selezione, il primo tramite HR e poi con lo store manager. Paghe in linea con il contratto del commercio più altri benefit

Fast and easy but need to undergo some tests inorder to join the team. Hard test in the end. Tried my best.
Manager that tested me is rude. Very dissatisfied as the answer I gave was actually correct based on the learning materials I have been given.
I was interviewed by an HR specialist from a recruitment company, who asked me the usual questions and, at the end of the interview, explained the role, the salary and what the following phases of the recruitment would be.
