I had a very disappointing experience with the recruitment process at Neova Solutions. When I was initially contacted for the QA Engineer position, the HR clearly mentioned that it was a permanent role and emphasized the need for immediate joining. I had informed them upfront that I had prior family commitments and would only be able to join by the first week of May. However, I was repeatedly told that the requirement was urgent, so I had to alter my personal plans and return early because I was informed that I had successfully cleared all interview rounds and would receive the joining confirmation by May 5th. Unfortunately, after the interviews, the communication became extremely unprofessional. I was later told that they could proceed only if I agreed to a contractual position, something that was never disclosed at any stage during the recruitment process or interviews. This completely changed the nature of the opportunity that had originally been discussed. Additionally, there was a lack of transparency regarding compensation. The salary range initially discussed by the HR was significantly different from what was later offered during the in-person HR discussion, where the negotiation started at a much lower figure. What was most disappointing was the lack of proper communication and closure. I kept receiving vague responses stating that they were “waiting for permanent employment approval,” but even after weeks, no clear update or final decision was shared regarding my profile. Overall, the process felt misleading and resulted in a complete waste of time and effort. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and expected a much more transparent and professional recruitment experience.

Its very lengthy and strict. They expect a lot from you and pay less.so many rounds. You may be asked to give practical test.There may be 2 or more technical rounds. A lot will b accepted from junior level qa engineer.
